Fix and Flip Loans: Sunset Equity funds as follows: 80% of the purchase amount of the property and 100% of the amount for repairs. Fix and flip loans are made for investors specifically who hold an interest in the rehab and renovations of a distressed property intended to be listed for a profitable resell. This process allows clients to close the deal without out of pocket fees.

New Construction Loans: New Constructions loans are perfect for builders. They as well serve developers. Sunset Equity will finance 90% of the hard construction cost along with financing up to 70% of the ARV (After-Construction Value) and 80% LTC. We can also help with financing the land purchase!

Property loans for Rental Property: While buy and hold investing is ideal for any investor’s portfolio, landlords will probably find the most value.
